Frequently Asked Questions

We recommend 9 sessions across 8-9 months to achieve coaching goals and see a significant shift. A minimum of 6 sessions is required for any impact from the coaching investment.

A typical coaching session is for 60 -90 minutes. A minimum duration of 1 hour is recommended for a meaningful conversation. The frequency is usually once in 3 weeks to ensure momentum

The coach aligns the goals along with measurable outcomes at the beginning of the coaching session. Achievement of these outcomes ensures that the coaching sessions have been successful. We also take stakeholder feedback into account to measure coaching impact. A survey can also be administered to the stakeholders to measure coaching progress and outcomes.

The fees for the coaching project will vary depending upon the assigned coach and needs of the coachee. We usually quote for a coaching project that includes stakeholder connects, mid term check in calls and availability of the coach through the coaching journey.
